Combo's Top 10 Action Figures of 2013

For the first time on this blog, we get to see how all these action figures that I've reviewed fair up against each other! There are no biases nor favoritisms here; I judge them based on how these figures went beyond my expectations and how they created this sort of impact to a collector such as myself.
